Many aspects were incomplete, such as missing trim and exposed electrical outlets, which were accompanied by unpleasant paint fumes and debris on the floor. Despite requesting a room change, the hotel was fully booked, and the response from management was unhelpful. Guests reported noise disturbances and unpleasant odors in other rooms as well.

Perfect for couples looking for a cozy getaway
The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. You won’t believe how accommodating they were when we needed extra towels and they didn’t hesitate to provide us with a meal even late into the night, just because we asked.
It was pricey but honestly worth it for the experience we had.

we loved our stay at the royal plaza. the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast buffet had so many delicious options. the location was perfect, right on the shore of the lake, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. we also enjoyed the seasonal pool and the outdoor treatment areas.

I loved my stay here! The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and the location right by the lake made for a perfect getaway. One downside was the tricky air-conditioning controls that could use improvement.
